Charence Chiang Chief Executive Officer

Charence is a registered Canadian Professional Engineer with over 30 years experience in construction and engineering management. He has been actively involved in the development of asphalt rejuvenation technology since the early 90’s whilst he was in Canada. Most recently, Charence has successfully put this technology into widespread use throughout Mainland China. He has been with Crown Capital Enterprise Ltd. (CCEL) since its inception, and is responsible for the overall management of the company including a petrochemical processing plant in Kunming and three major branch offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing. charence@crowncapital.com.hk

Ir. Albert K. F. Yeung RPE REA Advisor

Mr. Albert Yeung is a Building Services Engineer for over 50 years and a Registered Energy Assessor for over 10 years. He focuses on environmental and carbon reduction technology and actively participates in related forums and academic conferences to deepen this area of study. He maintains constant communications with different environmental groups, commerce chambers and social representative bodies. He also utilizes his extensive experience in global trade and to provide various city bureaus in Greater Bay Area with advice from diverse standpoints and perspectives.

Dr. Yilmaz Fisekci Head of Research

Dr. Yilmaz Fisekci is a Canadian Research Scientist with over 40 years experience in geo-technical and rock mechanics. He has also served as an Engineering Professor for the University of Alberta in Canada and a Technical Advisor to the Government of Turkey. After his official retirement in the 1990's, Dr. Fisekci has dedicated his time towards research and development of asphalt rejuvenation technology on behalf of CCEL. In particular, he has been studying trends in construction and maintenance of asphalt roads throughout China and has published numerous technical papers on the subject.

Andrew Pound Deputy General Manager

Andrew has more than 20 years experience working in construction and highway related industries, 14 of which have been based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Crown Capital Enterprise, Andrew held positions at highway construction specialists RMC and Tarmac in London. Andrew is currently responsible for overseeing and managing all Asia Pacific (ex-China) markets. Elsa Fung Deputy General Manager and Quality Systems Manager

Elsa has more than 18 years experience in quality management with extensive knowledge in establishing and implementing Total Quality Management, Environmental Management and Health and Safety Management systems. Elsa is currently responsible for overseeing and managing the business of the Hong Kong Head Office.
